Ross Baird

Chief Executive Officer

Ross is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blueprint Local and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm, partnership & deals structuring, capital raising & fund formation, new deal sourcing and fund management.

Ross has led the investment and management of approximately $200 million in real estate projects through Qualified Opportunity Funds with partners developing projects across the Southeast, Texas, and Mid-Atlantic.

Before launching Blueprint, Ross spent the majority of his career building and investing in businesses. He Co-founded Village Capital, a seed-stage venture firm with investments in over 100 portfolio companies, which has a focus on emerging markets. Ross was also involved in creation of the Opportunity Zone legislation.

Ross holds a BA from the University of Virginia and Masters from the University of Oxford (Marshall Scholar and Truman Scholar).

Ross is the author of the book The Innovation Blind Spot.

Justin Ferira

Chief Investment Officer

Justin is the Chief Investment Officer of Blueprint Local and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm, partnership & deal structuring, new deal sourcing & execution, fund formation, and fund management.

At Blueprint, Justin has led the investment and management of approximately $200 million in real estate projects through Qualified Opportunity funds with partners developing projects across the Southeast, Texas, and Mid-Atlantic. Justin has prior institutional investment and real estate development experience exceeding $3 billion in deal and project costs as a GP/developer and as a fund LP/investor (The Baupost Group) across the Southeastern, Texas, and Mid-Atlantic markets that Blueprint focuses on. Justin has additional experience as a McKinsey consultant focused on private equity and real estate transactions.

Justin holds a BA from the University of Virginia, MBA from Harvard Business School, and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Camille Darling

Director of Operations
& Head of Investor Relations

Camille is the Director of Operations & Head of Investor Relations at Blueprint Local and is responsible for investor onboarding, LP events, managing fund administration, daily business operations, tax and audit requests and impact reporting.

Prior to joining Blueprint in 2022, Camille worked in international mergers and acquisitions and sustainable investing. Her previous roles include Director of Distribution at Epsilon Services, Director of Research and Business Development at Karner Blue Capital, and Special Projects with Calvert Investments. Camille developed a passion for responsible investing while working at Calvert Investments, known for its leadership and innovation in the industry.

Camille holds a BA from the University of Virginia located in Charlottesville, VA. She is a member of IMN: Women+ in Real Estate and Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE).

Ahmad Jingo

Investment Associate

Jingo is an Associate at Blueprint Local and leads investment and asset management execution across the Texas market. He is responsible for deal sourcing & execution, market & sponsor evaluation, underwriting & due diligence, and portfolio / asset management.

Jingo has prior real estate investment experience with Valhalla Investment Group, primarily responsible for underwriting multifamily acquisitions, and Jones Lang LaSalle on the Healthcare & Life Sciences team.

Jingo holds a BA from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University with a concentration in real estate.

Kevin Virgin

VICE PRESIDENT

Kevin is a Vice President at Blueprint Local and leads investment and asset management execution across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He is responsible for deal sourcing & execution, market & sponsor evaluation, underwriting & due diligence, and portfolio / asset management.

Prior to joining Blueprint in 2022, Kevin held the role of Associate on the investments & asset management team at Cousins Properties, a fully integrated, self-administered, and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that develops, owns, and manages a 20 million square foot trophy office portfolio across high-growth Sun Belt markets in the US. Kevin began his career at Textron, a $12.9 billion, multi-industry company as part of the Leadership Development Program.

Kevin holds a BS from Miami University located in Oxford, OH and is an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and Urban Land Institute.

Lindsay Edwards

Investment Advisor

Lindsay is an Investment Advisor for the OPAL Fund, a venture between Blueprint and Opportunity Alabama.

Lindsay is also the Chief Investment Officer for Opportunity Alabama (OPAL). He provides diligence and underwriting services for OPAL and its investor network on potential impact-oriented investment opportunities across the state of Alabama. Lindsay has over two decades of professional experience – in investment banking (Goldman Sachs in New York), private banking (JP Morgan in Atlanta), private equity investing (Chesapeake Capital), and entrepreneurship (at a medical accounts receivable financing firm). 

Lindsay is a dual-degree graduate of both Morehouse College and Columbia University, and received his MBA from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
